You can change or cancel Award Travel Ticket for free if you are a Diamond or a Platinum Medallion member. The only condition is that you need to change or cancel the flight up to 72 hours of departure.

If you are not cancelling your Award Travel Ticket up to 72 hours before the departure, it will be the non-refundable ticket.

The process takes almost 7-21 Working days. However, due to coronavirus and travel guidance issued by the Government, it may take 30-45 business days.

The tickets will be converted into eCredit and will appear in your account on Delta.com.

Tickets paid by cheque will be refunded in the same form to the name of the passenger, and the same is the case with the payment through credit card.
